OVERVIEW OF IDEA
At InfoAge Science and History Learning Center and Museum at Historic Camp Evans we have a rich history full of innovation and creativity. We want to bring our community together to celebrate being designated a National Historic Landmark. Radar was designed here, tested here, built in factories all over NJ by home front workers, and used in every theatre of battle by every allied nation! We want to create a Radar Memorial Fountain to help our community revive local pride for accomplishments made in Wall, NJ and connect local residents, veterans, and honor our past. The installation will be an abstract interpretation of radar’s role in the WW II victory. This Radar Memorial Fountain will be open for public use and will be child friendly and fun for the whole family!!!
