The Marconi Hotel NJHDA Exhibit Preservation Progress at InfoAge |
![]() | ![]() |
The Marconi Hotel hosts the InfoAge concept center on the first floor west wing.
The New Jersey Historical Divers Association has an exhibit of New Jersey shipwrecks.
Dozens of well preserved artifacts are on display.

Shipwrecks were very common with thousands of deaths resulting when a ship in distress could not get help.
Marconi's wireless system changed all that.
An indirect outcome of one of the most famous shipwrecks, the Titanic sinking, is Camp Evans.
Click here to read the details: How the Titanic Disaster Changed Wall Township's History Twice.

Thanks to the NJHDA we are making excellent progress.

Note the drawing of the sunken remains of a New Jersey Shipwreck drawn by Dan Lieb above the display case.

NJHDA president Dan Lieb and his associates have created an excellent concept center.
When InfoAge expands after the transfer of the remainder of the Camp Evans historic district the NJHDA will expand with us.
