This photo was taken at Camp Evans.  On August 15, 1945 the U. S. Army and Navy officially disclosed the secret of radar to the public.  This photo was published in many newspapers and magazines.  Examples are The NY Daily News and Popular Mechanics.  Rada was hailed as a “Major reason of Victory”.
